About the Warriors
Nyack (9-11, 8-4 CACC) travels to Mercy before hosting the Clippers in a non-conference matchup on Friday, Oct. 12 while riding a three-match win streak that propelled the Warriors atop the CACC North Division standings. The Warriors average 10.42 kills on a .137 clip with 14.83 digs, 9.57 assists, 1.64 service aces and 1.20 blocks.
Larreya Hayden leads the offense with 2.76 kills, getting her feeds from Rachel Medin who cracks the top-five of the league in assists per set with 7.83 to go with a team-best 0.32 service aces. British Dawson anchors the defense with 3.83 digs, eighth-best average in the conference, while Kyra Zuhike blocks the 10th-most attempts in the league at 0.74.
Concordia travels to Mercy for a non-conference contest on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. before returning to the Meyer Athletic Center to take on Holy Family University on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 6 p.m.
