Times Drop For Women’s Cross Country At York College Invitational

BRONX, N.Y. – Senior Yeisy Cruz paced the Concordia College New York women's cross country Sunday morning at the York College Invitational behind a season-best 6K time, with three Clippers setting their personal records to lead the team to a 12th place finish.

Notes 
• The York College Invitational featured 97 participants form 14 colleges.

• Endicott was the top team finisher, with Holly Fossa from Endicott crossing the finish line first.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 
• Cruz and sophomore Irene Pirn finished within five seconds of each other, with Cruz posting a 37:55.7 time and Pirm setting her 6K PR at 37:58.3

• Junior Carly Acuña and freshman Leah Dillon set their 6K PR's behind runs of 45:25.7 and 45:26.9.

• Seniors Taylor Scruggs and Nicole Triassi rounded out the Clippers with times of 48:54.6 and 48:55.5
