Sttefany Oliveira enters her second season leading the Women's Volleyball team at Concordia during the 2020-21 academic year after serving as the Clippers' Assistant Coach for two seasons.

In her first season at the help of the program, the Clippers advaned to the CACC Championship for the first time behind an 8-11 conference record, the most since joining the league during the 2009-10 academic year, with a 9-13 overall record and 5-4 record inside the Meyer Athletic Center for the first wining record at home since the 2007 campaign.

Oliveira mentored the first All-CACC honoree in program history during her first season, with three Clippers recieving CACC All-Academic Team honors.
