SPARKHILL, N.Y. – Redshirt-junior forward Sara Calvert (Apple Valley, Calif.) cracked the top-five of the Concordia College New York women's soccer program's record book for career points, goals and assists on Saturday afternoon, with her game-winning goal lifting the Clippers past host St. Thomas Aquinas College in overtime, 2-1.
NOTES
• Concordia improves to 1-2.

• Following her three-point effort against the Spartans, Calvert now has 32 career points. Her 12 career goals sits alone at fifth in the program record book, while her eight assists ties with four other Clippers at No. five.
• With her goal against STAC, freshman midfielder Leigh-Ann Ramsay (Bronx, N.Y.) is the first women's soccer player on record to tally a point in each of the Clippers' first three matches of a season, amassing two scores and one assist so far.
STANDOUT PERFORMERS
• The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) leader in shots taken heading into Saturday's contest, Ramsey fired off six attempts with two on target and one goal.
• Calvert's goal came off her lone shot attempt of the afternoon.
• Sophomore Jimena Garcia-Risoto (Madrid, Spain) logged her ninth career assist, moving her into a tie for fourth in the program record book.
• Redshirt-sophomore keeper Sophia Cogan (Seal Beach, Calif.) stopped nine shots in 105:39 minutes protecting the Clippers' goal.
• For St. Thomas Aquinas, Amanda Fuchs-White scored a goal off the bench with three total shots taken, two on goal.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Ramsay gave Concordia a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute off a pass from Calvert.
• STAC knotted the score at 1-all in the 60th minute off the foot of Fuchs-White.
• The host had a prime opportunity for a late-game winner in the 83rd minute, but a defensive save from senior defender Miranda Merino (Victorville, Calif.) kept the evened score.
• STAC took two more shots over the final two minutes of regulation, including a penalty kick opportunity, with Cogan stopping both to send the match to overtime.
• Both teams took a shot on goal in the opening four minutes of the first overtime period, with each sides' keeper making a save to keep the 1-1 score.
• Garcia-Risoto found Calvert in the 106th minute for the game-winning goal.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• Concordia recorded 11 shots, four on goal versus 19 with 11 on target for the hosts.
• STAC held a 6-3 advantage in corner kicks.
• The hosts received two cautions.
