BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Concordia College New York women's basketball team makes its second trip to Delaware in as many weeks on Saturday, Feb. 15 for a 1 p.m. Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest at Wilmington University (Del.).

Concordia (5-18, 4-10 CACC) faces off against its final CACC South Division opposition after matching the program record for made field goals in a 95-83 setback against Caldwell University on Wednesday, Feb. 12 The Clippers lead the CACC behind 11.1 team steals, the 24th-highest average amongst all Division II programs with 255 total which ranks 22nd nationally, while averaging 60.4 points on a .328 field goal percentage with 40.0 rebounds, 12.3 assists and 2.7 blocks.

Senior guard Nicole Nicholson (Staten Island, N.Y.) leads the CACC in steals per game and ranks ninth nationally behind a 3.1 rate for 72 total which sits ninth in the country while chipping in 11.0 points offensively. Junior guard Shanice Graves (Brooklyn, N.Y.) joins in Nicholson in the top-10 of the conference in steals with 2.0, seventh-highest in the league, while leading the Clippers with 11.1 points, and 0.6 blocks with freshman forward Jaayden Lafontant (Thiells, N.Y.) pulling down a team-best 6.1 rebounds including 3.3 offensive boards which ranks fourth in the league. Sophomore guard Sara Hopkins (Mountain Top, Pa.) dishes out 3.6 assists which ranks sixth within the conference over 36.9 minutes which places second in the CACC and 21st nationally, while freshman guard Christina Brown (Ardmore, Pa.) chips in 11.0 points with the seventh-most free throws made in the conference at 73.

About the Wildcats
Wilmington (4-19, 4-11 CACC) hosts Concordia after dropping an 84-71 contest against Thomas Jefferson University on Wednesday, Feb. 12.. The Wildcats boast the second-best scoring average in the league at 69.3 points on a .397 field goal percentage with 39.9 rebounds, 12.4 assists, 7.1 steals and 2.0 blocks.

LaShyra Williams leads four Wildcats averaging double-digit points at 16.5, seventh-best rate in the league, on a .440 clip on top of 8.2 rebounds which ranks eighth in the conference and 4.0 assists that sits fourth. Jadyn Whistitt chips in 12.7 points, with Kasha Andrews adding 10.9 points and Kiara Eubanks contributing 10.8 to go with 2.0 steals which ranks fifth within the CACC while Emily Ansah logs 0.7 blocks.
