FLUSHING, N.Y. – Junior guard Shanice Graves (Brooklyn, N.Y.) paced the Clippers in points, rebounds and assists against Queens College (N.Y.) on Saturday afternoon, dishing out a personal-best five while freshman guard Christina Brown (Ardmore, Pa.) and redshirt-freshman guard Jaylene Brown (Bronx, N.Y.) each set their career-highs in steals with four apiece in a 65-50 setback to the host Knights.

STANDOUT PERFORMERS
• Graves scored 13 points with seven rebounds and five assists.
• Sophomore guard Sara Hopkins (Mountain Top, Pa.) chipped in 11 points with three rebounds,
• C. Brown added seven points and two assists to her career-high steals total.
• J. Brown set a pair of personal records, pulling down six rebounds with her four steals.
• For Queens, Zorria West scored 17 points with 12 rebounds while Brianne Moxley tallied seven assists.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• After splitting the opening six baskets of the contest for a 6-6 score, Queens used a 6-0 run to take a 12-6 advantage with 1:52 remaining in the first quarter. Graves cut the deficit in half off a triple, while freshman forward Eazette Bealon (New York, N.Y.) added a layup in the final minute following a quick 4-0 spurt from Queens to make it 16-11.
• Concordia made it a one-point game off a pair of Bealon free throws and layup from senior guard Nicole Nicholson (Staten Island, N.Y.), but a 7-0 response by the Knights made it 23-15 with 7:36 left in the half. Queens extending the separation to double-digits at 30-20, with C. Brown and J. Brown connecting on four-straight free throws before a Knights' triple created a 33-24 halftime score.
• Queens scored the opening seven points of the second half to boast a 40-24 advantage with 8:24 remaining in the third quarter, C. Brown ended the run with a free throw, followed by a Hopkins' triple only for a 9-3 run by the host to end the frame making it 49-31.
• The Clippers scored the opening three baskets of the final quarter to make it 49-37 with 8:42 left to play. Queens responded with a jump shot and triple back-to-back to pull ahead 54-37 and held the lead above 13 for the remainder of the contest.

• The Clippers converted on 15-63 shots, going 2-17 from three-point territory and 18-32 from the free throw line.
• Queens finished 23-60 from the field, 5-15 from distance and 14-25 from the free throw line.
• Concordia recorded 11 assists while QC had 19.
• Queens held a 52-46 advantage in rebounds.
• Concordia committed 14 turnovers, resulting in 22 points for Queens. The host had 21 turnovers, leading to 18 points.
• Concordia recorded 17 steals with two blocks while the Knights had 10 steals with six blocks.
• Concordia's bench scored 16 points while Queens got 24 from its bench.
