BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Concordia College New York women's basketball team hosts Bloomfield College in the Clippers' Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opener on Tuesday, Dec. 3 with tip-off set for 5 p.m.

Concordia (1-6) begins conference play after falling at Molloy College 57-39 on Tuesday, Nov. 26 . The Clippers average 53.4 points on a .292 field goal percentage with 38.4 rebounds, 10.6 assists, 10.6 steals which ranks second in the conference and 2.7 blocks.

Senior guard Nicole Nicholson (Staten Island, N.Y.) leads the CACC in steals per game behind a 3.0 rate after setting the program's single-game record on Tuesday, connecting on the seventh-most field goals and ninth-most three pointers within the league with 30 and 13 for a team-high 11.6 points per game average. Freshman Jaayden Lafontant (Thiells, N.Y.) pulls down a team-best 6.2 rebounds, followed by junior guard Shanice Graves (Brooklyn, N.Y.) who chips in 6.1 boards on top of a team-high 0.9 blocks while sophomore guard Sara Hopkins (Mountain Top, Pa.) and freshman guard Christina Brown (Ardmore, Pa.) each record 2.9 assists.

About the Bears
Bloomfield (1-7) makes the annual trip to Bronxville after winning its first game of the season in a 78-54 victory against Cheyney on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The Bears average 54.0 points on a .325 clip with 37.8 rebounds, 10.9 assists, 5.9 steals and 1.6 blocks.

Jaylah Bennett is the lone Bear averaging over 9.0 points with a 10.9 rate, with Alaisha Mumford orchestrating the attack behind a team-leading 2.9 assists on top of a team-best 1.5 steals. DaShanique Ruffin pulls down a team-high 7.8 rebounds, seventh-best average in the league, while Tamecia Ransom records a team-best 0.8 blocks.
