USciences jumped out to a 7-2 lead at the 6:45 mark of the first quarter as Concordia would cut their deficit to four, 9-5, with 5:42 remaining on the clock. From here the Devils would score 17 unanswered points to lead 26-5 after 10 minutes of action.

The second quarter saw the two teams alternate points on the scoreboard for a majority of the quarter. Neither side was able to put together a run as the Clippers went into the locker room trailing 46-24.

USciences would maintain their advantage in the third quarter until a 12-0 run for the Devils would increase their lead to 68-33 with 1:35 remaining in the period. Concordia managed to out-score USciences for the remainder of the quarter, but trailed 71-38.

In the fourth quarter the Clippers began with an 8-2 run to make the score 73-46 at the 5:50 mark. Concordia would end the game on a 10-8 run, but the Devils would take the 81-56 victory.
