Jaime Lorenzo enters her fourth season as Head Coach of the softball program after being named the Head Coach on May 22, 2017. 

Under her guidance, the Clippers had one of its best offensive seasons on record during the 2019 season with the third-most runs scored and RBI in program history on top of the fourth-most doubles and tripples.

Lorenzo served as a graduate assistant coach in the 2012 season and was elevated to assistant coach before being named the head coach. Jaime played for four seasons under former Head Coach Kathy Laoutaris from 2008-11.

While a member of the softball program, Lorenzo hit .383 which is second-best in program history as her slugging percentage of .522 is third on the all-time list. Jaime has the most runs scored and hits in program history as she ranks in the top-5 in 15 different categories according to historical records dating back to the 1994 season.

Lorenzo earned Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Tournament Team selections in 2010 and 2011 while being named to the All-CACC Second Team in 2010.

A native of Eastchester, N.Y., Lorenzo is a grade school teacher in the Bronx as she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Concordia in 2011. Jaime also earned her Master of Science in Special Education from Concordia in 2014.
