Men’s Cross Country Finishes 13th At York College Invitational

BRONX, N.Y. – The Concordia College New York men's cross country team completed its stretch of three-consecutive weekends running at Van Cortlandt Park on Sunday with the York College Invitational, finishing 13th as a team.

Notes 
• The York College Invitational featured 112 participants form 13 colleges.

• Endicott was the top team finisher, while CCNY's Muhammed Qadri was the first individual to finish.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 
• Freshman Louis Sedlacek, the current Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week, crossed the finish line at the 40:00.7 mark

• Junior Kyle Parris ran a 43:28.3 8K.

• Junior Hermes Abreu posted a 44:39.7 time.

• Seniors Kendell Luquis and Andrew Medina and freshman Noel Vasquez and senior Andrew Medina rounded out the team with times of 59:38.0, 59:39.3 and 59:59.0
