BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The nationally-ranked Concordia College New York men's tennis team concludes its season-opening four-match homestand on Saturday, Feb. 22 with a 2 p.m. tilt against Adelphi University.

Moving up in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Poll from 17 to tied for 16, Concordia (2-1) welcomes Adelphi following a 7-0 victory over National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Wagner College on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Reigning Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week junior William Nilsson (Bastad, Sweden) boasts an unblemished 5-0 combined record this spring, going 3-0 overall in doubles with two triumphs alongside sophomore Jan Godfrey Seno (Cebu City, Philippines) in the 23rd-ranked duo and one paired with junior Tomer Mendler (Tel Aviv, Israel). Junior Michele Fenoaltea (Rome, Italy) and sophomore Jonatan Lundahl (Alingsas, Sweden) each hold 3-0 marks in singles action to tie for the team lead in singles triumphs, with Fenoaltea teaming up with fellow junior Tobias Lentz (Aarhus, Denmark) in the seventh-ranked duo nationally.

About the Panthers
Adelphi (0-1) makes the trip to Concordia after falling at Queens College (N.Y.) 7-0 on Wednesday, Feb. 19.

Sabin Adrian Saveluc and Andrew Ray hold the Panthers' lone victory this spring, earning a 6-3 decision at Adelphi's second doubles position.
