BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Fresh off its ninth Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship title, the No. 27 Concordia College New York men's tennis team plays its final match of the regular season on Tuesday, April 30 when New York Institute of Technology comes to the Meyers Tennis Center for a 3 p.m. match.

Concordia (16-3) ends the 2018-19 regular season with a postseason berth already clinched after defeating Chestnut Hill College 4-0 in the CACC Men's Tennis Championship Finals on Saturday, April 27.
CACC All-Conference Second Team honorees sophomore William Nilsson (Bastad, Sweden) and freshman Jan Godfrey Seno (Cebu City, Philippines) both have 27 dual-match victories this spring, with Godfrey Seno boasting a perfect 16-0 dual-match record while CACC All-Conference First Team recipient sophomore Michele Fenoaltea (Rome, Italy) and freshman Maximilian Grundmann (Schwerte, Germany) hold a team-best 13 triumphs in doubles play. Fenoaltea, the 60th-ranked singles player in Division II, boasts a team-leading 38 total victories during the 2018-19 academic year with 20 triumphs in singles action and 18 in doubles split between time alongside CACC Player of the Year senior Eymeric Chevalier (Bordeaux, France) and Grundmann in the 50th-ranked pairing.
About the Bears
NYIT, (9-9) travels to Concordia after falling in the East Coast Conference (ECC) Championship semifinals to St. Thomas Aquinas College 4-2 on Friday, April 26.
Nicolas Castaldo leads the Bears with 19 total victories, holding a team-leading 10 triumphs in singles play with nine wins in doubles alongside Yago Granda.
