Concordia’s Tomasz Olfans Named CACC Player of the Week in Men's Tennis

New Haven, Conn. – Sophomore Tomasz Olfans has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week in men's tennis for the week of Apr. 8 - Apr. 14, as announced by the CACC.

The Opole, Poland native went 6-0 in his CACC matches last week with victories in #2 singles against Philadelphia and USciences and a #3 singles win against Chestnut Hill. In doubles play he took back-to-back 8-1 victories at #2 doubles against Philadelphia and Chestnut Hill and then an 8-2 win in #1 doubles at USciences. In non-conference play at UDC he dropped an 8-1 decision at #2 doubles.

Olfans and the rest of the 10th-ranked Concordia men's tennis team (13-2, 5-0 CACC) are wrapping up their CACC schedule today at Post University. The Clippers will look to end their regular season perfect in CACC play and grab the top seed in the CACC Championships this weekend.
