Clippers Maintain #3 in the Country

The Concordia College Men's Tennis Team maintains their #3 ranking in the country and #1 in the East Region. 

The Clippers recently captured their second straight CACC Title with a 5-0 win over Philadelphia University on April 21st.  The Clippers then headed into the NCAA Tournament and were seeded #1 in the East Region.  With a first round bye, the Clippers faced off again with Philadelphia University and once more defeated them 5-0 to advance to the Round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament where they will face Hawaii Pacific. 

Not only did the Clippers as a team rank high in the country but so did individuals. 

Andrey Boldarev is now currently ranked #9 in singles and #7 in doubles in the country.  Boldarev also maintains his #1 ranking in the East Region in singles and doubles. 

Daniele Piludu is now currently ranked #27 in singles and #7 in doubles in the country.  Piludu is ranked #3 in singles and maintains the #1 in doubles in the East Region.

Geza Bazula and Tamas Dobrotka are currently ranked #28

Tamas Dobrotka is currently ranked #7 in singles in the East Region while Geza Bazula is ranked #8 in singles in the region. 

David Tisserand is currently ranked #4 in the singles and doubles in the East Region. 

Andreas Lindell is ranked #10 in singles and #4 in doubles in the East Region.
