The Clippers Men's Tennis team was recently ranked 8th in the NCAA Division II. The Clippers were ranked 10th but moved up to 8th after a perfect Florida Spring Break week where they defeated the #3 NAIA school Embry-Riddle, the NCAA Division II then #17 (now #12) Flagler, #6 Rollins, and finally the then #1 (now #2) Barry University.
The Clippers, a perfect 6-0 record right now, also remain atop the ITA East Regional Rankings over regional rival Queens and CACC/Regional foes Philadelphia University, University of the Sciences, and Chestnut Hill College.
The Clippers will continue their 2011 Spring Season as they head to Las Vegas, Nevada to face off against Fresno Pacific, #10 Abilene Christian, and #25 Hawaii Pacific.
