Jose Dos Santos enters his third season at the helm of the men's soccer program, serving as the Interim Head Coach during the 2018 season before being named the next head coach. Dos Santos has been a part of the Clippers' coaching staff for three seasons with one year as the Assistant Coach.
In his first season guiding the men's soccer team, Concordia made its fifth appearance in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship since joining the league with a 6-5-1 mark in conference play.
Under his tenure, Concordia has had one CACC Rookie of the Year, three All-Conference recipients and 10 All-Academic Team members.
