Nicholas Osso enters his 10th season as head coach of the men's golf program during the 2020-21 academic year.

Osso took over the reins at the start of the 2011-12 season and helped lead two of his players to an NCAA Regional appearance, in his first year. Although he was very proud of his player's accomplishments it motivated him to make sure that the Clippers would only return to the event as a team. Since the 2011-12 season, Concordia has qualified for the Atlantic/East Super Regional every year.

In 2016, Osso lead the men's golf team to its 4th straight NCAA Regional appearance (the teams 5th appearance in its seven years) and the programs first NCAA Division II National Championship appearance. He was also named the CACC's BSN Sports Coach of the Year that season.

Osso has mentored 18 All-CACC recipients during his time on campus with the program's first Rookie of the Year honoree during the 2018-19 season in Gabe Goodman. Osso has also produced four CACC All-Academic Team members.

On a regional level, Concordia has had six Ping All-Region recipients since Osso became the head coach. During the 2017-18, Minwoo Park became the program's first Ping All-American.

Of all his accomplishments thus far, Osso has stated that his highlights come from the successes all of his players have achieved at the conclusion of their collegiate career. "I work very hard to provide my players with the best possible athletic, academic, and social experience during their collegiate career. So, to see each of them continue to grow towards their potential post graduation cannot be matched by any level of success on the course."

In 2004 Nick graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Health as a part of Phi Epsilon Kappa, a nationally recognized honors fraternity for Physical Education and Health. Osso is also an active golf professional certified through the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF). In his personal life he is just as dedicated to his family which includes his wife, Rosemary, who also enjoys working in higher education as an Assistant Director, his son, Justin (7) and his daughter, Giuliana (1).
