HAWORTH, N.J. – Freshman Li Su (Melbourne, Australia) shaved six strokes off his score during the final round of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship on Tuesday afternoon, propelling him into the top-10 of the individual leaderboard while the Concordia College New York men's golf team tied for the fourth-lowest score on the day behind a 316 (+28) tally to climb up the team leaderboard and finish fifth overall with a 635 (+59) score.
NOTES
• The CACC Championship consists of 45 competitors from nine programs.
• Wilmington University (Del.) won the 2019 CACC Championship behind a team score of 600 (+24) with the Wildcats' Enrique Valverde finishing atop the individual leaderboard with a 147 (+3) card.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Su shot par over the back-nine after going one-over during the first nine holes for a 73 (+1) final-round tally that shot him up 10 spots within the individual leaderboard to finish sixth with a 152 (+10) score.
• Sophomore Kieran McMullen (Castle Pines, Colo.) recorded his second-straight 79 (+7) score for an 18-hole career-low 158 (+14) final card that tied for 18th.
• Junior Santiago Luna (Bogota, Columbia) registered an 85 (+13) in the final round to end play in the championship with a 162 (+18) that finished 28th.
• Sophomore Gabe Goodman (Lakewood, Colo.) shaved five strokes off his score with a 79 (+7) second-round card for a 163 (+19) final score that tied for 29th.
• Freshman Carlos Riveras (Isla Margarita, Venezuela) shot an 85 (+13) in the final round for a 171 (+27) score that tied for 38th.

The men's golf team wraps up its fall schedule at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational, with play at the Lake Shore Yacht and Country Club beginning on Thursday, Oct. 17 and continuing through Saturday, Oct. 19.
