Men’s Golf Sets Season Lows In First-Place Finish At Jefferson Tri-Match

LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. – Junior Tyler Lanza (New Milford, Conn.) and sophomore Minwoo Park (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) both set their 18-hole season low on Monday with 70 cards at a tri-match hosted by Jefferson University, tying for first individually and leading the Concordia College New York men's golf team to a first-place finish behind a season-low 285 (-3) team score.

NOTES
• The first-place outing marks the seventh-consecutive top finish at The ACE Club

• It is Concordia's third event they have won this season, taking the gold in a quad-match at the ACE Club during the fall on top of an unofficial first-place finish at the Mike Bello Spring Invite with winner Laval University international and not eligable by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

• Neumann University finished in second with a 310 team score, followed by host Jefferson who shot 334

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Lanza recorded his third top-five finish of the season with his 70 score.

• Park matched Lanza in the top-five for the second time this spring with his fourth top-10 finish of the campaign.

• Senior Evan Hong (Houston, Texas) set his season-low with a 72 card.

• Senior Kanoon Bunthanawong (Chonburi, Thailand) shot a 73.

• Freshman Gabe Goodman (Lakewood, Colo.) tallied a 73 for the day.

• Participating as an individual, freshman Kieran McMullen (Castle Pines, Colo.) recorded an 81.

• Participating as an individual, sophomore Santiago Luna (Bogota, Columbia) fired an 85.
