Concordia Golf Wins Third Straight Event

Lafayette Hill, PA – The Concordia College Clippers men's golf team played at The ACE Club on Sunday, a day after their win at the Sage Fall Invitational. The Clippers finished with a team score of 333 which placed them first in the three team field for their third win in as many events.

Concordia finished only one stroke ahead of Philadelphia University as the Clippers earned their third straight victory on the golf course. Sam Deitte (St. Louis, MO) led Concordia and the field of 15 golfers with a 3-over 75. Eutimio Fernandez-Meade (Mexico City, Mexico) finished right behind Diette as he shot a 77 to finish second giving the Clippers a one-two finish on the scoreboard.

Jeffrey Schaller (Kingston, NY) and Kyle Grandilli (Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada) both finished with solid rounds for Concordia with an 88 and a 93, respectively. Will Deitte (St. Louis, MO) had to withdraw from the round along with Felician's Anthony Bizien.

The Rams finished with an overall score of 334 to place them in second while the Golden Falcons ended with a 374.
