Concordia Wins Sage Fall Invitational by 17 Strokes

Ravena, NY – The Concordia College Clippers men's golf team competed in the Sage Fall Invitational at the Sycamore Country Club this afternoon. With a team score of 305, the Clippers finished in 1st in the four team field.

Concordia was led by Jeffrey Schaller (Kingston, NY) who finished 1st in the 19 player field as he shot a 2-over 74 on the par 72 course. Eutimio Fernandez-Meade (Mexico City, Mexico) finished right behind Schaller as he shot a 75 to finish second overall.

Sam Deitte (St. Louis, MO) also had a solid round as he finished in third with a 76. Kyle Grandilli (Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada) and Will Deitte (St. Louis, MO) would round out the field for the Clippers with an 80 and an 87 respectively.

Concordia will next face Philadelphia University at The ACE Club in Lafayette Hill, PA tomorrow afternoon.
