PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Senior forward Anthony Barnes (Bowie, Md.) established his new career-high in points on Saturday afternoon at Pace University, with sophomore forward Devon Sims (Centreville, Va.) setting his personal-record in steals in the Concordia College New York Men's Basketball team's 97-55 setback to the host Setters.

• Concordia falls to 0-4.
• Pace improves to 3-0.
STANDOUT PERFORMERS
• Senior guard Brandon Fields (Washington, D.C.) scored 17 points with a perfect 6-6 mark from the free throw line.
• Barnes scored a personal-best 11 points on 4-8 shooting with three rebounds and a pair of rejections off the bench.
• Junior forward Alex White Jr. (Middletown, Conn.) pulled down a team-high nine rebounds with one block.
• Sims chipped in 10 points while recording multiple steals for the third-straight contest with four on top of one block.
• For Pace, Peyton Wejnert boasted 18 points with 11 rebounds while Brandon Jacobs logged 18 points with six assists and three steals.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Sims scored on the opening possession of the contest, leading to two minutes of scoreless action before a Fields layup made it 4-0 with 17:35 remaining in the half.
• Pace connected on a jump shot and triple back-to-back to take a one-point lead, but a White. J. layup and three-point play from Sims made it 9-5 with 16:06 left in the half.
• The host used a 12-0 run to flip the lead, with a Fields triple ended the spree and creating a 17-12 score with 11:43 remaining in the half.
• Pace created a double-digit separation at 24-14, with the two sides splitting the final 24 points of the half to create a 36-26 halftime score.
• The Setters scored the opening seven points of the second half before a Fields layup made it 43-28 with 17:05 left to play.
• Pace held Concordia with consecutive baskets until a 6-0 spurt off three-point plays from Fields and freshman guard Dion Herrington (Englewood, N.J.) made it 65-42 with 8:51 remaining.
• Late layups from redshirt-freshman Fabian Rial (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) and freshman guard Dashaun Galloway (East Orange, N.J.) back-to-back served as the Clippers only other run in the second half, making it 87-53 with 1:49 to play.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• The Clippers converted on 19-58 shots, going 2-15 from three-point territory and 15-19 from the free throw line.
• Pace finished 35-71 from the field, 8-20 from distance and 19-28 from the free throw line.
• Concordia recorded four assists while Pace had 16.
• The host held a 50-33 advantage in rebounds.
• Concordiacommitted 23 turnovers, resulting in 25 points for the Setters. Pace had 14 turnovers, leading to 10 points.
• Concordia' bench scored 21 points while the Setters got 42 from its bench.
• Concordia recorded eight steals with six blocks while Pace stole the ball 12 times with six blocks.
