The 2020-21 academic year marks Snow's 10th year at Concordia after being hired on August 1, 2011. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics on July 1, 2018 after serving as the Sports Information Director/Athletics Multimedia and Communications Director for the first seven academic years at the Bronxville campus.

In his new role, Snow will oversee the game day management and operations of all home athletic events. He will also be responsible for the game day staff as well as the Sports Information Director while assisting in various operations of the Department of Athletics.

While serving as the Sports Information Director/Athletics Multimedia and Communications Director, Snow went through three re-designs of the official athletics website, ConcordiaClippers.com, in partnership with Presto Sports. Additionally, he secured a partnership with Stretch Internet for all live and on-demand webcasts of home events for nine of the 12 sponsored sports at Concordia.

Snow has always been at the forefront of technology and innovation and opened up the athletic department's first social media accounts with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. He has utilized the social media accounts to simultaneously stream home events through Facebook, Twitter, and Periscope which is the first department to do so within the CACC.

Record books for all of the athletic programs were created from scratch by Snow beginning in his first year on campus as he is putting together the complete history of each program. Some records he has compiled go back to as early as the 1970's and even include results from Concordia's football program which has been defunct since 1976.

Snow was the Sports Information Director of the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA), one of five NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball conferences, for six years from 2012-2018. Snow maintained the official website and social media accounts of the league along with various other tasks for members who include George Mason University, Harvard University, Penn State University, and Princeton University.

As an undergrad at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, Snow was tasked with all operations for the Terriers' 13 athletic programs as Sports Information Director leading up to his senior year. In his final year at Thomas, Snow trained the newly hired Sports Information Director in preparation for the following seasons after he would graduate. Along with his SID duties, Snow was a member of the Men's Lacrosse team playing midfield for a season before he was a student manager.

Snow, who has a passion for golf, is an active member of the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA), the New York State Golf Association (NYSGA), and the United States Golf Association (USGA).

A 2011 graduate of Thomas, Snow earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. A native of Ludlow, Vt., Snow currently resides in Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y.
