The Concordia College athletic training staff welcomes you to the athletic training area of the Concordia College athletics web site. This area will have information for both current and perspective student-athletes as well as parents.

Concordia College COVID Sports Med. Training Room Protocols
The Department of Athletics at Concordia College (N.Y.) has made it mandatory that ALL student-athletes be tested for Sickle Cell Trait. This test needs only be performed once during the student-athlete’s time at Concordia College (N.Y.). If you are a returning student, then you do not need to re-take the test. If you are a new or transfer student, the test must be performed when you have your physical. Make sure to attach results page to your paperwork or it will not be considered complete.

NEW STUDENT-ATHLETES
If you are an incoming freshman or transfer student-athlete, you must fill out the forms below. These documents are more detailed and include vaccination paperwork. The vaccination paperwork only needs to be completed by incoming freshmen and transfer students.
